Purchasing, restoring, and cancelling
Purchase through Settings → Enable Features (Purchase) in the app, using Apple's purchase screen. Check the plan, price, and renewal conditions before purchasing.
If purchased features are unavailable, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase and try restoring from the purchase screen. Manage or cancel subscriptions through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Check what each export includesWill Pro bring back all my old records?
Pro gives access to history still stored in the app. It cannot recreate journeys that were never recorded or recover records that have been deleted.
Is an export a complete backup?
CSV and JSON cover location and visit history. They are not a complete backup of the app, including photos, purchase status, or settings.Supported data and import precautions.
